terms of service

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms. Please read carefully before placing an order.

PAYMENTS AND FEES
1. All payments are upfront in full through paypal.
2. Payments to proposal should be paid fully within 2 weeks or will be declined.
3. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) fee of $100 applies if you request that I do not post your commission publicly or use it as part of my Portfolio.
4. Complexity Fee is between $10-100 for all Commissions.
5. If a Commissioner wishes to buy Commercial Use AFTER a commission, the prices will be: Streamer Commercial Use ($25) and Merchandise Commercial Use ($60)REVISIONS
6. Revisions are only available during the sketch phase.
7. Once sketches are approved, no further changes will be made unless due to an error on my part. Mistakes I make will always be corrected at no cost.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
8. Commissions may take up to 1 month depending on complexity, queue, health, or personal matters.
9. I will keep you updated if delays occur.
10. If you wish to skip the Queue and be Priority, the fee will be $10 USD. You will have to DM me if you wish for a Rush Fee.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I, the artist, retain all rights to the commissioned artwork. You are purchasing usage rights, not ownership of the artwork itself.I may use the artwork for:
> Promote myself and my services.
> Post on social media and in my portfolio.
> Create prints/merchandise (for fanart commissions only).
Exceptions
If an NDA was purchased, the artwork will not be posted or used for promotional purposes.REFUND POLICY
11. I may cancel and refund a commission at any time.
12. You may cancel before payment is made.
13. Once payment is received, refunds are not available.
14. Chargebacks are strictly prohibited.Filling a chargeback will:
> Forfeit your rights to use the artwork.
> Place you on a public blacklist (with evidence).
> Allow me to resell or reuse the artwork as I see fit.
> Result in a formal complaint against you.COMMISSIONER RIGHTS
You may:
15. Use the artwork for personal purposes only (unless commercial rights are purchased).
16. Print the art for yourself.
17. Post it on Social Media with credit to me "@n4n4juu".You may NOT:
18. Use the artwork commercially without permission.
19. Commission art/services using my Design/work.
20. Claim the artwork as your own or fail to credit me.
21. Remove signatures/watermarks.
22. Resell or redistribute the artwork.
23. Modify the artwork without my consent.
24. Use artwork purchased for Personal Use in merch, streaming, or commercial projects.BLACKLIST POLICY
25. Breaking these rules may result in a permanent public blacklist (with evidence).
26. The blacklist may be shared with other artists.FINAL AGREEMENT
27. By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms above.
